Reduction Tips
Some useful tips which will help you reduce your carbon footprint.

Turn it off
Don’t leave appliances on standby. They still use up to 20% of the energy even though they are not being used.

Plug it out
Electrical chargers, such as for your phone or laptop, still use energy even when they are not connected to the device.

Fill it up
Make sure your washing machine and dishwasher are full before you put them on. A half empty wash uses the same energy as a full one.

Wrap it up
Make sure your boiler has a lagging jacket and your house is well insulated, otherwise heat will be escaping unnecessarily.
